Pixelstream communications is a technology that uses visible images to convey digital information. Displaying these images on television creates a new form of mass communication which broadcasts pure data instead of just audio or video.  We will  demonstrate the technology and discuss the global implications of a pilot project to broadcast a website without using the Internet.
